Paper (Flèche, similar to Briquet 6271), ff. I (modern paper) + II (contemp. paper) + 49 + I (modern paper), modern foliation, 202 × 138 (140 × 80) mm., 25 verses per page for the Triumphi and 29 long lines for the Rer. famil. XII, 2, 1-4¹⁰ 5¹⁰ (-10th) with much stubbing and repair, plan vertical catchwords, ruled in drypoint, written by one person, in a humanistic cursive with mercantesca influence. Decoration: f. 1, a 6ߚline plain blue initial; the capitoli of the Triumphi begin with alternating plain 3ߚline red and blue initials; f. 42, 2ߚline blue initial; the versals of the terzine are in display script; the title on f. 1 is in red Roman capitals. Binding, 16thߚcent. blind-stamped goat over wooden boards, rebacked and repaired, remains of a clasp on the front cover. Second front flyleaf recto, title, written in irregular Roman capitals, "Ihesù Cristo. Francisci Petrarcae laureati poetae triumphi". ff. 1-41, Petrarch, Triumphi , title "Iesù Cristo.
