Collection Access
The Bancroft Library houses the oral histories, videotaped interviews and archival materials with detailed finding aids to the folder level.
Oral History Interviews
Printed volumes of all oral histories are available in The Bancroft Library at the University of California, Berkeley and at the University of California, Los Angeles, Department of Special Collections. Tapes of interview sessions are available for listening and videotaped interviews can be viewed at The Bancroft Library.
Transcripts with selections from audio and videotapes are available on this web site. Print volumes of the oral histories are available to other libraries and individuals for the cost of printing and binding. Contact the Regional Oral History Office for ordering information (roho@library.berkeley.edu).
Archives
All archival materials from the project are available for research use in The Bancroft Library. Some materials are being processed and prior arrangements are necessary to view these materials. A representative collection of documents, photographs, and finding aids are available on the web site.
