Cleophas Williams Transcript

Cleophas Williams worked his entire adult life as a longshoreman, and he was active in both union work and civil rights struggles. This interview details the period roughly from the beginning of the Korean War through the conclusion of Vietnam War and focuses on the core function of the base as a transportation hub.
