Dave Toner Transcript
Dave Toner was born in 1959 in Rhode Island. He enlisted in the military in 1977 with plans of ultimately becoming a police officer. He was stationed at the OAB and served as a military police officer. In this interview, Toner discusses military police operations and the social and cultural life on the OAB.
