Robert Taylor Transcript
Robert Taylor was born in 1945 and raised in Washington DC. Taylor enlisted in the Army in 1965 and served in Vietnam as a career officer. He was stationed at the San Francisco Presidio from 1977 until his retirement from the services in 1985. He then gained a position as a civilian employee with the Army and assisted in the base closure effort. In this interview, Taylor discusses the base closure and realignment process at the OAB.
