Paul Janoff Transcript
Paul Janoff was born in New York in 1956. He attended law school at the University of Richmond. Upon graduation he enlisted in the Navy where he practiced law in a military setting in locations such as Iceland. After completing his active duty in 1989, Janoff was hired as a labor counselor by the Oakland Army Base, where he worked until the based closed in 1998.
