Aliza Gallo Transcript
Aliza Gallo played a key role in the closure and realignment of the OAB first as an employee Oakland redevelopment office, then, beginning in 1999, as executive director of the Oakland Base Reuse Authority. In this interview, Gallo discusses the conveyance of the OAB to the City of Oakland and the Port of Oakland, working with community advocacy groups, and possible reuses of the former base property.
