Rich Billups Transcript
Rich Billups was born in 1943 and raised in Oregon. After serving in the Navy, Billups became an electrician at the OAB, working as a civilian employee of the Department of Defense. He retired from this position in 1997. In this interview, Billups discussed his work at the base as well as his thoughts on the Vietnam War and changing social relations over the course of his career.
