Dr. Elizabeth A. Rauscher received a B.S. degree in physics and chemistry, and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in astrophysics, nuclear physics and engineering, all from U.C. Berkeley. Dr. Rauscher has been on the research staff at Lawrence Berkeley and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories and SRI International, and a research consultant to the SLAC National Linear Accelerator Laboratory and NASA.
