If a volume is available online and you require a hard copy, please print it and you may take it to a copy shop or bindery for binding of desired. If a transcript is not available online, please send us a note via Comments & Suggestions and we will make the volume available online as soon as possible and notify you, unless it is unavailable for other reasons.
